Pretty average Kway Chap, but do order their braised pig’s trotters. It was so tender, literally melts in your mouth kind. The gravy from the braised pig’s trotters is a bit sticky most probably due to the collagen from the skin. One of the best braised pig’s trotters eaten yet.
