Buenas noches! A trip to Barcelona as we dine in @tapas24sg the first Asian outpost of Barcelonian restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred @CarlesAbellanchef

For mains, we had the Paella de Gambas Al Ajillo, a hearty update to the classic garlic prawn dish (Gambas Al Ajillo) served with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms. Scoring a beautiful soccarat (crusty crispy base), the rich Spanish staple is umami-laden which we soon polished off.

And you can’t leave without having a tipple or two, especially when they serve variety of cavas, sangrias and Spanish wines.
