Pork Ribs ($10) and Grilled Squid ($10) — among the 2 that most impressed during today's lunch. The former was mad tasty, not simply coated in a sticky Hoisin sauce but having all that lovely savoury-sweet flavours seep into the meat, while staying utterly moist and juicy. If anything it was too fatty for me, but I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue to most. As for the squid: smokey, wonderfully charred, perfectly cooked. 'Nuff said. Then again with so many trusted Burpple Tastemakers giving their thumbs up to FIVE TEN, I wouldn't expect anything less.
