Read some reviews about this dish and couldn’t resist the temptation to try it. Although chocolate & beef papardelle sounds like a strange combination, this dish was actually pretty good! The chocolate flavour of the papardelle was relatively mild and definitely nowhere near overpowering. The beef was really tender and the sauce was rich in beef jus and a slight hint of red wine. I still prefer the duck confit tagliatelle but this is great too!
