Found the waffle rather mushy, especially the bottom part of the waffle. Overall, it was rather underwhelming and the components just didn't blend in. The smoked salmon was not strong enough in flavour while the waffle had a black sesame aftertaste that seemed out of place. Not too sure how they can improve on this (besides the mushy waffle of course). Take note that it's only available on weekend or PH brunch.
