Bought the medium size which cost $11, though it seems a bit pricey, the ingredients given were generous. The plump wantons were filled with crunchy prawns and meat, crispy potato wrapped prawn is gd but only gt 1pc. The charsiu is tender, well-marinated and tasty. Apparently, it's made using pork belly from Spain, cooked for 36 hours in a water bath. No wonder so tender! The noodles are cooked just nice, not too soft, most importantly, it doesn't have the alkaline water taste which I hate. The egg with perfect runny yolk deserved a close-up shot! The soup is surprisingly tasty too but I did feel thirsty aft drinking it. Overall, it's good and worth a try but if you ask me to queue 1hr for it, I won't. If you wanna avoid the long queue, go there on wkdays evening or sat aftnoon.
