Soy Skin Crisps stood out among all for its rarity and it reminds me of fried beancurd skins (zai er) that’s found in Vegetarian bee hoon stall menu!! Except that this has salted egg flavour to it. As for the popcorn, it somewhat encapsulates the essence of chilli crab and it leans towards the sweet side (texture is fabulous btw). Last but not least, the addictive crispy fish skin that needs no explanation🤤
