Conveniently located at B2 of Plaza Singapura where many exits from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, Kai Sushi & Grill serves decent Japanese set meals, ricebowls, sushi and sashimi. This Salmon Zuke Don ($13.80) is served with 6 slices of succulent soy-marinated salmon and Japanese rice. What surprised me the most was the satisfying thick cuts of the fresh salmon! 😋
