MeadesMoore takes a very interesting approach to their meat dishes, serving up the off and uncommon cuts of beef in innovative, and of course, delicious ways. Some of the standout dishes for me were the breaded pigs head with caviar, the bone marrow with sourdough, and their flat iron steak dishes. Each dish offered its own unique harmony of flavours - the crispy breading with gelatinous pig head and the umami of the caviar, the melt-in-your-mouth steak goodness with either a deep bordelaise sauce or a tangy salsa verde. Overall a 10/10 experience for me, will definitely be back for more.
