Had zero expectations for this dish as it was my first time trying out ceviche, and they certainly didn't disappoint. This dish was quite the stunner, with assorted seafood sashimi and avocado nicely cubed and placed in the glass bowl, along with wasabi, ikura and yuzu drizzled all over. I scooped up a dollop of the ceviche on to the crispy cracker and bit in. Boy, the seafood goodness paired beautifully with the crispy cracker which provided a rather good crunch to the bite, making every mouthful a pure joy to devour. ⁣⁣⁣
