💚Matcha Cruffins!! ($5)💚

Have been waiting for this visit to Keong Saik bakery for the longest time! (Because it is quite out of the way from the places that I typically frequent).

This is my second time trying matcha cruffins (previous visit at another bakery). I must say both are on par standards! this matcha lava was even more flowy as I air fried to heat it up (145 degrees 3 mins) before consuming it the next day. Buttery flaky croissants that was crispy and fragrant with a very strong earthy matcha lava interior! Lava cruffins is one of the messiest croissant to eat but so satisfying at the same time! 🤩

Opted for takeaway as I was under the impression that there is strictly no dine in service on weekends (hence we had our meal elsewhere before this visit). But when we were there we saw some ppl dining in too 🤔
