Carrot wasn't something that I'll eat usually but thought hey it's all mashed up! Can't be that bad right! Well, it turn out really sweet as though there were pumpkins being mashed in too. But felt that flavor of the dish could be better if it was layered with a medley of cheesiness from the parmesan cheese or some umami flavor from the prawns! It just need some savory to complement the overwhelming sweetness. But the consistency of risotto was rather good though!
