Café as not only they offer a variety of mains, pasta and pizza dishes, they even have a selection of local favourites and an assortment of desserts and cakes. The one dish that is iconic to PS. Café and something that most people can associate them with are their Truffle Shoestring Fries and without much surprise, the image of this dish appears frequently in their page. With a not-so-overpowering truffle oil fragrance, these fries are so enjoyable to snack on that they come in two sizes; regular and halved. If you are dining as a group or just feel super hungry, you can consider the regular portion which comes in a mountain-sized portion with generous shavings of grated parmesan. These fries are so addictive that you cannot stop eating them despite feeling full. Another default dish that I have been ordering over the past few visits is their Chicken Rossa Penne, which comes with grilled chicken, smoked bacon, spinach and mixed mushrooms. What makes this dish work is the balance of flavours as you have the cheesiness from the cheese and tanginess from the garlic-tomato cream sauce.
