Very well down with chunky bits of radish and pan fried to perfection- see the char bits! Perfect with that kinda chilli sauce typical to go with carrot cake (Imperial’s chilli is ...the kind w fried chilli flakes and chilli oil ... ): ) Nonetheless, it’s a great dish on its own.
