The old Uncle takes his time to cook up the mince meat but he definitely doesn't sting on good quality fresh ingredients. This is the bowl where most stalls will just stuff u with more noodles but you get three huge fresh de-veined prawns and wantons. His mushrooms are stewed to perfection. Must come!
