Enjoyed this salmon avocado toast very much! The toast was buttery and crisp with generous servings of smoked salmon, slices of avocado, poached eggs drizzled with hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with a bunch of rocket leaves. It's worth the every single penny cents! Very balanced flavored and textured plate of dish.
