Rosti was the hard kind of crispy, but it was just a little too oily. Beef was really tender and was quite generous too. It's the usual barbeque marinade or so I thought, but actually there's a citrus element to it that account for more of the sourness in this dish than the sour cream, perfect for an oily dish
