Watery but mushroomy soup topped with crispy sourdough croutons, a dash of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of chive. A comforting starter that warms the body.

Beef Cheeks Bourguignon($32)🐮
Chewy chunky thick-cut beef cheek resting upon silky creamy potato mousseline, sides with natural tasting roasted root vegetables, then poured over with red wine reduction sauce. A standard beef stew to have.

Local Duck Leg Confit($29)🦆
An excellent execution of duck leg. Tender duck meat paddling in a creamy pond of orange carrot mousse, soaped with all-natural carrot tarragon foam, and then showered off with pickled mustard seed jus. Pleasantly nice and easy to debone too.

William Pear Crumble Tart($14)🍐
An okay dessert. Warm crumbly tart filled with spiced pear and almonds, paired with lavender ice cream.
