Thanks to Burppler Muriel’s passionate praises for Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s soft serve, I made it a point to give it a try when I last visited Raffles City.
Mulled for all of three seconds before I went with the sundae in the two flavours of Milk and Cheese. Swirled together, the soft serve was accessorised with a fluffy wedge of light cheesecake and an elegant crunchy cookie sandwich.
I was pleased with my decision to go with the mixed flavours as the light sweetness of Milk paired very well with the mild savoury taste of the Cheese.
