A slice of heaven with a delicious rhythm constructed in stages - beneath the burnt peaks and waves of fluffy meringue, lay a thick, tangy cross-section of lemon curd that will have your toes curling in delight. All this deliciousness is gently cradled in a razor-thin and buttery tart shell that adds the slightest crunch to each mouthful. We were lucky enough to get the last slice when we arrived at around 1:30pm in the afternoon, so come earlier to secure your piece of the pie.
