Here, the turmeric used to give Japanese curry its colour is replaced with fresh Hokkaido milk🥛, mellowing it to a mild curry that’s creamy yet delicious😋😋 The curry is then mixed with chicken and served with rice, a WHOLE potato🥔 and crispy salmon katsu.
