Hawker has been frying this dying dish for more than 50 years. It shows. For someone quite particular about ckt, I found this very balanced. It's wet, which I like, but not too wet. It has a moderate level of wok hei. There's enough of each ingredient without any eyesore. If wanton mee for example is the sum of its parts, ckt should be a test of how everything becomes one. This stall is the standard bearer.
