Two gorgeously grilled chicken breasts (not a tad dry, beautifully juicy) sit atop a mount of turmeric-scented rice (a little moist for my liking but that's just me). Those apple cubes and grape halves benefit tremendously from its marinade of lemon juice, honey and a touch of balsamic vinegar – it really brings out the sweetness of the fruits. And I love it when the vegetable accompaniment is not an afterthought. Perfectly grilled and slightly charred, the earthiness and natural sweetness of the carrot and pepper truly comes through and completes the dish. Ok, that's all.
