A decent "Donburi" (Japanese rice bowl) place in the hood. Raved by many food bloggers, we find a generous serving of Chicken teriyaki on top of Japanese rice and sweet & sticky soy sauce quite decent. The atmosphere is not too hectic during lunch time in Toa Payoh area. We didn't try the unagi as not a big fan of a blow torch cooking style. 🔥 Free flow for extra soy sauce & wasabi.
