Innovative cooking, with unique dishes that you either love or hate. The signature dishes should all be tried. The slow roast duck is juicy with a variety of textures showing through the thick-cut pieces of meat; however, the yellow pancakes wrapping the duck is too thick in my opinion. The lobster vermicelli with black truffle is also scrumptious - fragrant and flavourful. The salted egg prawns are delicious, but one should avoid the accompanying cereals with fruit salad - truly questionable taste! For me, the stars are the seafood crispy rice in duck soup (absolutely delightful), and to a lesser extent the giant egg tart with a touch of yuzu.
