I'm always abit more cautious when it comes to Earl grey flavored drinks/desserts only becuz I'm afraid it would be too overpowering. This cake on the other hand had nothing for me to worry about! Great balance of flavors, great fragrance & I loved the touch of little seeds that added a nice poppy texture! This cake would go great w a cup of hot tea for a nice afternoon snack. Plus, look at how beautiful it looks! Such a pretty shade of pastel blue. A great treat for not only your tastebuds but also your eyes! 💙💙
