When we first tried the boiled rice in JUMBO, it was already one of our favourites, and here, the pao fan was cooked in a different broth and it contains pomfret and dried shrimp. A meal is not complete without desserts and they serve a very good bowl of Tau Suan with Gingko Nuts ($5.20, pictured). What clearly stood out was the addition of orange peel to have a balance of flavours where you get notes of sweetness and bitterness from each spoonful, making it an excellent curtain call to a meal.
