The best ones so far ....

I have tried a few versions of this XO carrot cake.
I think hua ting does them the best - these little morsels are fried till crisp and dry and mixed in with eggs and crunchy bean sprouts and served in a mini stone pot to keep them warm.

Ask for an extra serving of that delish XO shrimp sauce and drench it all over for an extra oomph and spice 😋
