Though prices may seem a lil on the high side given a small portion imo, Fisk only uses fresh and sustainable Norwegian seafood. The salmon confit is laid atop a bed of silken tofu, and is well-complemented by the sauce made of chilli and tamarind. Note menu changes frequently.
