Comes in either seafood or spicy broth, the pot is filled to brim with fresh seafood such as crabs (tiger of the sea), prawns (dragon of the sea), garoupa fish and squid! Which serves 3-4 pax nicely too.

Spicy broth lean towards laksa flavour (they make use of homemade chilli paste and coconut milk) though it isn’t as milky and delivers a light spicy kick. While seafood broth is boiled for more than six hours with pork bone, the hua diao wine and bean paste makes it more robust that I kept going for seconds.
