Pan Mee or pork noodles? So in the end, I decided to have Pan Mee and ordered a piping hot bowl of pork noodles sans the noodles! Best of both worlds! The Pan Mee here is a hit with my family. Chewy pieces of Mee, hand torn, sambal which is freshly made (my aunt pointed this out, which made it really shiok) and the sweetest soup ever, I suspect, they use ikan bilis or anchovies for stock with red dates. Coupled with minced pork and generous amounts of woodear fungus and shue chai choi, I'm in heaven!
