dish was served with mashed potatoes and red wine jus. i'll be the first to say that i'm not a fan of beef and would be the last person to order it at a restaurant, but this was so good and i found myself reaching for it.

made my next dinner reservation simply because i wanted to have this more. would highly recommend ordering this dish!
