This salmon dish was very nicely done.. it was topped with a piece of crispy fish skin. Restaurant has been around for decades as well, and most of the waiters and waitresses have been working there for many years..way back to the 1960s. Must try their baked alaska cake too.. it was super appetizing. Cake was filled with ice cream and alcohol. Menu is on the pricey side though.. overall, it is worth it to pamper ourselves once in a while.
