Soft sponge cake topped with light whipped cream and matcha chestnut purée. Matchaholics probably wouldn’t be inclined to this as the matcha fragrance isn’t intense. The ratio between chestnut and matcha seems to be around 7:3 and I actually love it as I always prefer Chestnut over Matcha Mont Blanc. Other flavours such as Chocolate, White Chocolate and Strawberry are also available.
