A regular palm-sized lemon-flavoured eclair, which is pretty decent though the pastry crust is rather dry. A farcry from having any salient flavour of lemon, let alone any citrus fruit. It would have been more pleasurable with some tartness to it as well. Wouldn't say it was excellent, but it wasn't bad at all either. By the way, I applaud the establishment for releasing a special flavour to raise money for Children for Hope. (hence the name, Hope Eclair) It warms anybody's heart to see companies bringing about awareness and extending their financial support for causes. 😄

Also, if you don't know, the ABC outlet at I12 Katong cuts the prices of their cakes and pastries on display by 50% two hours before they close at 10pm, to clear stocks in an effort to prevent any food wastage. Just a tip. 😉 (6/10)
