Hollin is far from being my favourite bbt store, but the one for one certainly helps! Opted to try something new with their black tea rock salt macchiato ($4.20, large) and paired it with coffee jelly ($0.70). They recommend taking a sip before mixing the layers! The black tea is nothing to shout about but the macchiato foam certainly surprised me with its creamy richness, with a slight salty tinge. The coffee jelly gives a nice flavour contrast and some sweetness!
