I can understand why people are willing to pay $11 for such a small tart. It’s pretty good.

The combination of nuttiness and fruitiness in this tart was very pleasant. The poached William pear in the centre was soft and not too sweet. The almond frangipane was very fragrant.

Worth a try I think. It’s a nice once-in-awhile indulgence, there’s a seating area to enjoy your tarts. You might want to go early as popular tart flavours may sell out quickly.
