The injeolmi taste was pretty strong and not overly sweet. The portion of red bean could be more because the flavour was overpowered by the injeolmi cream but I like how it’s ungrounded!! Together with the chewy and stretchy mochi, the ungrounded red beans and creamy smooth injeolmi cream really harmonised nicely. Adding on to the different textures, I also liked how the bun is coated with soybean powder to give off a nutty flavour.
