This salad option is so close to my office still it was never on priority! For a change from my regular haunts, I tried this out.. Glad I did.. The salad was so fresh, good flavourful dressing and the best part is that there are a lot of options to choose from in both salad toppings as well as dressings!

A standard salad is base + 5 toppings + dressing and it will cost you 10$ - Each additional topping is 1$ and the warm protein options (2 types of chicken, salmon, shrimp etc.) are for 2-4$ each. I chose sous-vide chicken breast (3$) but did not enjoy it.. Too dry for me.

Other than the dry chicken, I really enjoyed the salad.. Feels good to make smart choices and end up with delicious food!
