Strong earl grey flavours was balanced well with the cheese and biscuit crunch to make for an addictive sweet treat. The #gojiberrytart is unique, being full of different nuts like goji berry that has a bitter aftertaste (which is balanced out by the sweet salted caramel sauce), walnut, hazelnut & pumpkin seeds. This made it quite heavy on the palette and maybe some cream/ custard would have been nice to balance out the filling nuts & tart combi. Still something interesting that nut-lovers might want to try
