This elusive bake always appears near the mooncake festival in traditional bakeries; a surprise I have found them here at this old-school confectionery situated in Tanglin Halt. Not sure what to expect, but this baked confection seemed similar to the skin of baked mooncakes without any filling. Pretty old-school and a rare find these days; have a taste of nostalgia before it is gone!
