Ingredients :
💕fish (im using cod fish)
💕1 big ripe tomato, quartered
💕2 cup chicken stock
💕ginger, sliced.
💕 spring onions for garnish

Steps :
1️⃣ marinate fish with white pepper, 2 tsp of fish sauce, 2 tsp shaoxin rice wine, 1 tsp sesame oil (at least 1 hour).
2️⃣ In a pot, sauté sliced ginger with some oil until fragrant, add tomatoes and mix well around 1 mins.
3️⃣ add in chicken stock until boiling (around 5 mins) , add fish and boil again another 5 mins.
4️⃣ add shaoxin rice wine ( I only use 1/3 cup, can add until 1/2 cup if want stronger ) and boiled for 1 mins.
5️⃣ garnish with spring onion and the soup ready to serve.
