With an extremely thin layer of white chocolate encasing the fragile fluffy mousse inside, the cloud reminded me of a sweet meringue. Delve deeper for a tart strawberry basil filling, and end off with a dense shortbread biscuit base🍓

Undoubtedly, there’s some skill and precision to this well presented dessert, it’s just that I personally would like more strawberry and less mousse. 😶

Is this worth $9? I’m not sure . Is it worth diabetes? Uh, not really. Their dulcey tart tho 🤔🤔
