This very tall, double patty Kase & Speck burger does 2 things right: Aged Cheddar and crispy bacon. The cheese gave some solid smokiness, while the bacon added a good crunch and flavour.
What could have been better? The double patties. They were juicy, but just a tad overcooked, and resultsntly resistant to our choppers.
That Perfect medium rare is still elusive, after all.
