While my starter was a flop, the main more than made up for it. A most chunky cut of tender ribeye - perfectly cooked to a medium rare - was served with a flavoursome peppercorn pan sauce and a mountain of crisp truffle shoestring fries snowed over with a flurry of grated parmesan.

If steak's not your thing, the $25 2-course set dinner also gives you the choice of Angus beef brisket, grilled red snapper, onsen egg & black fungus tagliatelle, prawn and crab meat aglio olio, or salmon and sun-dried tomato.
