I may not have a sweet tooth, but I can have the Pulut Hitam Tart ($3.20 each) any time any day! The buttery tart is filled with a layer of black glutinous rice, a layer of coconut panna cotta and topped with toasted coconut flakes. The contrast in textures, coconut aroma and level of sweetness are on point - love it!

The Brownie Speculoos Cookie Butter Tart ($3.20 each) is not bad too - the chocolaty, biscuity and buttery flavours complement one another and the sweetness is balanced by a hint of sea salt. Having said that, if I have to pick one item that stole the show, it will definitely have to be the Pulut Hitam TartšŸ¤¤
