Chicken Patty Sandwich ($5.50) from Liang Sandwich Bar (@liangsandwichsg) which is endorsed by Jay Chou and it features Taiwanese scallion pancakes wrapped with varied ingredients. The scallion pancake shares the same consistency as our local favourite roti prata - fluffy and crispy, but the intense flavour of scallions might be an acquired taste for some people... like me. 😆 Though I didn't enjoy the sandwich, it was comforting that the chicken patty tasted similar to the ones in McDonald's breakfast. #不爱我就拉倒 😉
