First up is the classic Siew Yuk (from RM10) — succulent Chinese-style pork belly that gets a modern twist with pear sauce or mustard. If you prefer your roasts Western-style, go for the Porchetta (from RM13) to sate your cravings. The tenderloin has the fragrance of rosemary, the crackling skin of siew yuk and a toothsome bite. Other more filling mains include the Siew Yuk Mantou (RM12) that's both soft and crunchy, and Siew Yuk Sandwich (RM13), which reminds us of a yummy siew yuk-stuffed banh mi.
