Come to the gorgeous Noshery at Nosh for the well-loved Crab Benedict ($20), but return for the totally underrated Nosh Burger ($22). It is served with fluffy buns, braised onions, dill pickles and sambal mayonnaise, which gives a mildly burning sensation as you chomp your way through the burger. The ground beef patty is moist, juicy and well-seasoned, like any good burger should be. There's a decent pile of garlic fries on the side, nothing to shout about really, but it will fill you up just right. The quivering Fried Egg ($2) is technically optional, but real burger lovers know it is straight up mandatory.
