Loving these char siew baos! 😍😍😍 The dough might seem a bit thick compared to the filling but i didnt mind them cuz they were soft & fluffy!! Liked how they remained moist & pillowy after steaming! πŸ‘

The star would have to be the CHAR SIEW filling! I can never really resist them; be it in steamed buns, crusty buns, breads or pastries, I LOVE THEM ANYWAY! ❀ The smokey roasted aroma adds so much brownie points to the already alluring sweet & savoury BBQ pork.. tender bits of a balanced lean-fat ratio is key too! ✌🏻
